The Agricultural Productivity Programme for Southern Africa (APPSA) in the Republic of Angola is conducting a four-day training on maize breeding techniques from April 26 to 29, 2022, in Huambo. This activity will benefit about 31 young scientists, extension officers and seed growers from Benguela, Cabinda, Cuanza Norte, Cuanza Sul, Huíla, Lunda, Malanje, Namibe and Uige as well as students from the Agricultural Sciences Faculty of the José Eduardo dos Santos University.
