CAADP XP4 Programme launched in Zambia

“The launch of the support to the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme’s Ex-Pillar 4 (CAADP-XP4) institutions could not have come at a better time than this when Africa is grappling with the effects of climate change”, said Zambia’s Honorable Minister of Agriculture, Michael Katambo.
