Mr Mocumbe is the APPSA Information, Communication and Knowledge Management (ICKM) Officer who joins APPSA/CCARDESA from the Mozambique Agricultural Research Institute where he was heading the Communication and Marketing Unit. He has more than 10 years working experience in the field of communication in both public and private sectors, and has supported APPSA in Mozambique as the National Communication Focal Person.
