With over 36 years of extended practical profession experience including at very high levels of corporate organisations spanning a large spectrum of business including inter-governmental enterprises, I have the interpersonal skills and ability at problem identification and effectively marketing a set of solutions to same. My extensive experience spanning nearly 11 years at the SADC Secretariat and my involvement with SADC’s Senior Executive on special assignments including the formulation of policies, strategies and SADC-EU Contribution Agreements gave me intricate and extensive understanding and knowledge about SADC and EU systems, processes, institutional arrangements and strategic issues.
